Many
of you will be aware of the events of recent days involving the Wellspring
Capital Group which is closely associated with SharedProfit. If you are not go

where there is much information available].
As of today [September 9th 2003]
both SharedProfit and Wellspring have temporarily ceased operations pending
litigation.
We
fully support Wellspring and SharedProfit and expect these problems to be
resolved satisfactorily in due course.
In
the meantime all our programs continue in force with the following amendments:
SPMail
- Advertisers will earn a $5 credit towards further advertising for every $20
of cumulative advertising purchases instead of an SRP. The option for members
to take their commissions in the form of SRP's is suspended until SharedProfit
resumes operations. Members upgrading to Gold member will have $5 of the
upgrade fee applied to their SPMail account balance. This will therefore be
available for conversion to an SRP when SharedProfit resumes operations or
redeemable for standard commission payout at any time the account balance
reaches the payout minimum.
EasyMail
- Upgrades will no longer attract an SRP. Instead we will provide a free paid
email to 1000 members of the program.
E-Books
and Links - Please DO NOT purchase these as there is no alternative offer to
the SRP's. The purchase pages remain on the site as we fully expect these
problems to be issued and for the SharedProfit program to resume.
Safelist
- The option to join as a Free Member remains. DO NOT join as a paid member.
If you have an active subscription please cancel it. When SharedProfit resumes
operations you will be invited to restart your subscription.
We
greatly regret this turn of events but powers much greater than us are in control right
now.
If
you enter into a transaction with us please note - SRP's ARE NOT currently available.

to normal operation. This information supercedes that in any FAQ's, Terms or
other pages on The easy $ Websites.

The Shared Profit Program
By obtaining SRP Benefit Packages you can
secure long term income for virtually no outlay. You cannot however
purchase SRP Benefit Packages - they must be gifted from a
SharedProfit Associate
Beginning seventeen (17) weeks after your SRP
Benefit Package is accepted and registered in the
SharedProfit systems, you will receive a cash payment of $6.25. Seventeen weeks
later, you will receive a cash payment of $12.50; an amount that is
twice the previous payment. This pattern of increasing benefits will
continue every seventeen weeks for until a maximum of 10 payments
have been made. Example: $25, $50, $100, $200, $400, etc. At the end
of the 10th payment, this will have paid you a total of $6,393.75.
SharedProfit
is able to do this because it has
a cooperative alliance partnership with a Venture Development
company that offers fixed benefit plans that are based around a
combination of venture capital, portfolio mergers and acquisitions,
'turn-around' management, investment banking and financial
management. It is through their venture development activities that
